Meet Dr. Sam

A doctor who
lives the sport.

Dr. Sam Vargas is not your typical sports physio. A former collegiate swimmer and dancer, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and completed a prestigious sports residency at the University of Delaware treating NCAA Division I and professional athletes.

She now blends board-certified sports expertise, biomechanical vision, and athlete mindset to address the challenges limiting athletes across every gender and arena. She restores confidence and optimizes movement in all aspects of life.
